Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Taking a photo of the issue is recommended.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges at this time. 

We do not accept returns or exchange used product.

Hit checkout before you were ready? We will cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase. 

Restocking Fee 

Customs and Import Duties are the responsibility of the customer. Any order returned due to unpaid customs and duties will be refunded the net amount after applicable shipping charges, customs fees, duties, tariffs, brokerage and a 30% restocking fee are deducted. 

Preorders 

Orders containing preorder items are unable to be cancelled. Please ensure you are willing and able to wait for your order before checking out.
