EU Cancellation
Withdrawal Policy
For consumers resident in the European Union
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This policy explains how that right works and how to exercise it. Where this policy applies, it overrides the "all sales final," 24-hour cancellation, and restocking-fee terms set out elsewhere on this site.
Your right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you — or a third party you nominate, other than the carrier — acquire physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in multiple shipments, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
How to withdraw
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. The easiest way is to use the "Withdraw from contract here" function available in the footer of every page. You may also contact us directly at [support email] with your name, order number, and a statement that you are withdrawing from the contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough for you to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.
Once we receive your withdrawal, we will send you confirmation on a durable medium (such as email) without undue delay.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.
Returning the goods
You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. No restocking fee applies to a valid withdrawal.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain contracts, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery. Where an exception applies to your order, we will make this clear before you complete your purchase.
Duties, taxes, and import fees
Any customs duties, tariffs, or import fees charged by your local authority are separate from the purchase price and are not reimbursed as part of a withdrawal, as these are levied by your customs authority rather than collected by us.
