When Will My Order Ship?

We do our best to fulfill orders in 3-4 business days after funds are received from our payment processor, occassionally due to an increase in volume at any particular time please allow up to 5 business days for fulfillment.

Fulfillment times may change suddenly and without notice.

Returns

We do not accept returns at this time. 

Cancellation Policy

Orders containing Preorder or Special Order Items are final sale and will not be canceled. Please ensure you are willing and able to wait for your order to ship before you place your order.

Standard Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Our official form of communication is through our email marketing. Please ensure you subscribe to our email marketing to receive these updates. 

John sends out a weekly email update called the Sunday Post, where the majority of the updates are shared. The Sunday Post is also posted to the blog. 

Launch news and waitlist updates are all communicated through email.

Before Your First Use

Before your unit is packaged to be shipped out it is thoroughly cleaned. However, we recommend disassembling and cleaning the unit to your own standard prior to your first use. 

Isopropyl alcohol is safe to use. 

When disassembling your unit for the first time please be careful to not lose the spiral filter 

Warranty Claims and Damages

We do not replace and/or warranty O-RINGs. 

Warranties and Replacements are handled on a case by case basis. 

If you received a Vestratto Product as a gift or second hand, we unfortunately are unable to warranty these products at this time.

Please send us an email and we will do our best to help you as best we can. 

CopperCore\ThermoCore Oven Patina

The CopperCore Oven will patina due to the compounds in the propane. We recommend using a high-quality propane in your torch for the cleanest burn. 

If you do notice a patina, you can use some water and dish soap or a metal cleaning like Bartenders Friend. 

What is the Difference Between the Original CopperCore and DuraCore CopperCore? 

The DuraCore has increased the durability of the Original CopperCore with the addition of a thin stainless steel band around the main heat sink of the CopperCore.

Shipping and Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled once funds have been received by the vendor from the payment processor which takes between 2-3 business days.

Shipments are done through Canada Post. For shipping delays and updates please contact Canada Post Directly. 

For US/International Shipments, final leg tracking will be updated by your local logistics/postal service. 

Courier Service is provided through DHL. 

Customs and Import Duties are the responsibility of the customer. Any order returned due to unpaid customs and duties will be refunded the net amount after applicable shipping, customs, brokerage and a 20% restocking fee are deducted. 

Non-Delivery Of Order

1) If your order is marked as delivered but you cannot locate your parcel please follow the following steps 

  • Please file a report with your local police department and retain a redacted copy. 
  • Please send us an email with the redacted police report with your order number and any relevant information
  • Contact the delivery partner (DHL, Federal Postal Service etc.) and open a customer case if possible. 

Once we have received your redacted police report, we will open an investigation and insurance claim with the delivery partner. 

Your order will be re-sent to you as soon as possible. 

2) If your order is not delivered due to non-acceptance of delivery, unpaid customs fees, or an incorrect address

  • Non-acceptance of delivery: your order will be refunded the net amount after applicable shipping, customs, brokerage and a 20% restocking fee are deducted
  • Orders not delivered due to unpaid customs fees: your order will be refunded the net amount after applicable shipping, customs, brokerage and a 20% restocking fee are deducted
  • Incorrect Address: Your order will be reshipped to you once we receive your parcel back OR you may opt for a refund of the net amount after applicable shipping, customs, brokerage and a 20% restocking fee are deducted

Current Anvil Build Quality

The bottom of the herb chambers are not polished - this is a decision that was made to maximize the functionality of the part and provide the best vapour possible. 

From the Sunday Post: "In order to reduce any potential negative impacts of the weld on the snap disc function we have reduced the number of weld steps and the weld power to protect the of snap discs from over heating"  

Current Finish Quality Guidelines

We have two distinct build qualities on all our products: Functional Finish Quality and Form Finish Quality. 

  • Functional Finish Quality is the standard to which all essential parts of your device is finished to. These are areas like welds, interior airflow paths and threads. These areas are purely functional and are finished in the manner we have deemed the most robust and functional for the required task the part performs. 
  • Form Finish Quality. These are the parts of your device that are finished with high detail and in some cases (XL Mouth Pieces, Silver Mist Heat Shields) a high mirror finish. The finish in these areas do not impact the functioning and efficacy of the device.

3)  Airflow Control 

The easiest way to ensure the airflow valve is open all the way is to slip the oven off the valve. The condenser will come along for the ride. Now screw the airflow valve all the way into the stem. Re-attach the oven. Install the condenser by slipping it into the oven and then screwing the herb chamber into position.

In this position the airflow valve is fully open. Screw an empty herb chamber into the oven and draw. You will feel plenty of airflow. Now pack the bowl a little less tightly than you might have previously and give er a rip. For a video explanation please check out "Vestratto Primo Airflow Control" on YouTube.

8). If I Already Own a WPA KIT or USA KIT and Want to Build an Anvil What Do I Need? 

a). If You Own a WPA KIT

The WPA Kit Comes with the Following Anvil Components - Condenser, an Oven (DuraCore or ThermoCore) and the Bowl you selected. 

What you will need to build an Anvil as we would sell it: 

- XL Mouthpiece 

- Spiral Filter

- Integrated Stem 

- Heat Shield 

b). If You Own an USA KIT

The USA Kit Comes with the Following Anvil Components - an Oven (DuraCore or ThermoCore) and the Bowl you selected. 

What you will need to build an Anvil as we would sell it: 

- XL Mouthpieve

- Spiral Filter

- Integrated Stem 

- Condenser

- Heat Shield 

9). If you have difficulty screwing in Herb Chamber (Full\half\XL Bowl) into the ThermoCore here's why:

The ThermoCore is made up of three layers. The inner copper layer expands more quickly with heat than the surrounding steel. To avoid thread locking when heating:

  1. screw the bowl in snug
  2. back it off 1/16 to 1/8 turn.

The 0.003” to 0.004” gap that this introduces allows the copper the room to grow without jamming.

We increased the thickness of the inner copper layer on the ThermoCore to improve its performance so it is possible that the expansion effect is more noticeable.

We know the threads are to specification because the ThermoCore air slots are cut in the milling machine after turning. The milling fixture acts as a thread gauge and verifies accuracy
